Nursing Kid Manikin

This full-body, reproduction of a six-year-old male is designed for simulation and practice of a complete range of patient care procedures with the added benefit of sounds auscultation. Realistic articulation facilitates practice of passive range of motion exercises, pediatric transfer techniques, and simulation and care of a child in traction. Dressing and bandaging techniques possible. Head with anatomical landmarks, trachea and esophagus, along with simulated lungs and stomach, allows the practice of many procedures, including: ear, eye, nose, and mouth care; insertion and suctioning of oropharyngeal and nasopharyngeal airways; insertion:. securing, and care of endotracheal tubes; tracheostomy care and tracheal suctioning; various oxygen delivery procedures;
